FaithLink is a faith-based community platform that provides tools for:

• Connecting individuals and ministry organizations
• Sharing sermons, devotionals, and Christian news content
• Live streaming ministry services and events
• Online giving and financial support to ministries
• Direct messaging and community engagement
• Ministry directory and subscription management
• AI-powered ministry assistance tools

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• FaithLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Community Standards

FaithLink is a Christ-centered platform. You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Spam, solicit, or engage in unsolicited commercial messaging.
• Post content that contradicts the foundational Christian values on which FaithLink is built.

5. Payments and Giving

• All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party providers such as PayPal.
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.
• Online giving and donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The FaithLink name, logo, design, and all Platform content created by FaithLink are the exclusive property of FaithLink App Network, LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
